About Our Host
Anze is a seasoned Creative and Executive Director with more than 18 years of experience leading creative development initiatives for both start-ups and growth-stage organizations. She is resilient, revenue-focused, and highly skilled in cultivating strong client relationships, driving strategic positioning through agile processes, and implementing thoughtful, diverse visibility strategies for multi-million-dollar organizations. Anze thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while remaining pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and results-driven.
She began her career as a Logistics & Trade Coordinator with the Garni Group in Cameroon and also served as a stewardess for international government summits, including the France-Afrique Summit hosted by the Cameroon government.
After relocating to the United States, Anze pursued formal legal training at South Western Professional Institute in Houston, Texas, becoming a professionally trained paralegal to gain a strong understanding of U.S. compliance and regulatory frameworks. She went on to work as a paralegal on the Enron Litigation with Lerach, Coughlin, Stoia, Geller, Rudman & Robbins, LLP.
Anze later earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from American InterContinental University, where she also served as a student advisor—helping fund her education while strengthening her leadership and mentorship skills.

At the core of her work is High Value Women Inc., where she mentors women in breaking unhealthy relationship patterns and cultivating balanced, fulfilling lives—beginning with a strong relationship with themselves. Through her guidance, women learn to harmonize career, family, and personal well-being while building legacies grounded in health, wealth, and genuine happiness.
Anze believes that lasting peace in the world begins with empowered and emotionally whole women. Based in Los Angeles, she continues to serve as a compassionate mentor and advocate, reminding communities everywhere that when women and youth rise with confidence and clarity, families and societies flourish.
